A1 Jobs are seeking experienced Telesales Advisors join our clients B2B sales team based in the Polmont / Falkirk area.
In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on sales leads, and providing administrative support.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sales and customer service background, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience in the waste sector advantageous but is not essential.
Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to potential business customers to introduce them to the company’s services
– Learn and be familiar with the companies’ sales and weighbridge systems – training will be given.
– Be familiar with the target Market, in the construction and soil industry – further training will be provided as required
– Provide administrative support to the sales department, ensuring all paperwork is compliant with revenue and SEPA requirements.
– Build and maintain relationships with customers through ongoing communication and follow-up calls
– Meet or exceed sales targets and KPI’s set by the company
– Keep accurate records of all calls, interactions, and sales, keeping customer records up to date.
– Have good excel, word and outlook knowledge
– Provide after-sales support to customers, including answering questions and resolving complaints
– Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and customer experience
