Food Production Operative (Night Shift) Temporary

A1 Jobs are looking for food production operatives to be part of our client’s dynamic team based in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment as they face a period of growth. As a production operative you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. We are looking for individuals who are able to thrive in a repetitive and precise setting.

Shifts will Monday to Friday 22:00 – 06:00

NOTE: Due to the location, this role is best suited to someone with a driving licence.

Responsibilities:

– Packaging products for sale.

– Loading food products onto pallets for delivery to customers

– Collaborate with team to meet production goals.

– Able to sustain productivity during shifts.

– Training on Production Machinery will be given where required.

About you:

– Previous experience in a production role is beneficial, however training will be provided.

– Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

– Adaptability.

– Attention to detail
