A1 Jobs are seeking to expand their Birmingham branch with an experienced Operations Controller or Operations Manager looking for that next step forward in their career.
Do you have previous transport industry experience with solid geographical knowledge of Birmingham and surrounding areas?
Have you controlled large teams of driving or transport operatives previously or large teams in an industrial setting?
If you have the relevant experience then A1 Jobs are seeking a candidate who can work with existing clients and co-ordinate staff in an ongoing and fast paced environment.
As part of the operations role as well as working with our many existing clients you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, making calls and arranging meetings with new and existing clients in your niche market(s).
