Fabricator / Welder Full Time Permanent NEW

We are looking to recruit experienced Fabricator / Welders to join our client’s main metal fabrication facility in Bathgate.

You will be involved in the fabrication and welding of anti-vandal cabins, internal and external staircases, ramps, and associated steel structures used within our modular buildings.

Key Responsibilities

· Fabrication and MIG welding of steel components in various positions

· Manufacture of staircases, ramps, and structural steelwork

· Working from engineering drawings and specifications

· Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety

· Supporting production targets in a fast-paced environment

About You

· Time-served Fabricator/Welder with extensive experience in steel fabrication

· Fully competent in MIG welding

· Experience working with structural steelwork (e.g. stairs, ramps)

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Flexible approach to overtime when required

Basic rate of pay £17.00 per hour

Start date – Monday 6th July 2026

These opportunities are initially on an ongoing temporary basis but could lead to full-time permanent for the right candidates
