Our valued client is seeking experienced call centre/telephone customer service advisors for its busy contact centre. Due to expansion and newly implemented ventures. Our client is now looking for workers to join its supplier teams. This is a fast paced working environment and working to daily call targets and KPI’s. The role is supporting both the businesses clients and suppliers – supporting them through there journey and giving at all times an outstanding customer service experience.
Dealing with a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls to existing clients and suppliers.
Updating customers details where needed.
Working to KPI’s and Targets
Produce reports and general administration
Resolve customers complaints and deal with supplier/customer bookings efficiently.
Standard office hours – No weekends worked.
Training is provided on all in house systems.
All candidates will need to have worked within a call centre environment previously (of 2 years) and also worked to targets and high call volumes.
